These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on our website www.aavkarindia.odoo.com ("Aavkar"). By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices listed on the Site are inclusive of shipping charges. We currently accept secure online payments through trusted third-party payment gateways. Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No cash-on-delivery or partial payment options are available unless explicitly offered in certain campaigns or platforms (e.g., Meesho).
2. Shipping
We offer free shipping across India on all orders, with no hidden fees. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but we aim to dispatch all orders promptly through our trusted delivery partners.
3. Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds once a product is delivered. However, if a customer receives a damaged or broken item, they may request an exchange under the following conditions:
The customer must contact us within 2 days of delivery
A clear unboxing video is required, starting before the parcel is opened, showing:
The sealed package
The shipping label with customer name
The entire unpacking process, with no cuts or edits
Once the claim is verified and approved:
The customer must return the item in its original condition and packaging
Upon receiving the returned item, we will send a replacement product
Note: If the required video proof is not provided, the exchange request will be considered invalid. Aavkar reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet our policy.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing them immediately. In rare cases of product unavailability or internal errors, Aavkar reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aavkar is committed to providing high-quality products and services. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products sold.
6. Customer Communication
By placing an order, the customer agrees to receive communication related to their order or promotional offers via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone. We do not share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
7. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance
All transactions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Porbandar, Gujarat.
